I/ Job Description :
Follow up the production plan of the line, study the technological process for the product.
Write processes, make work flow diagrams to ensure that the production stages are optimized and in accordance with company standards.
Establish and improve production stages and processes to achieve the most efficient production.
participates in timing, video recording of each stage, analysis of sewing stages for workers to understand the waste of redundant operations, improving the sewing process.
Improve operations in production such as productivity, quality, cost reduction, labor safety.
Collaborate with relevant departments to improve processes and take initiatives.
Technical support for the line, the leader standardizes the sewing process on the product.
Ensure good implementation of 5S standards in the workplace.
II/ Experience/ skills:
Graduated from college, university majoring in sewing
Read and understand materials specialized in sewing.
Be proactive in solving problems.
Research and improve the lean and efficient product assembly process.
Have good communication skills.
