Improve operations in production such as productivity, quality, cost reduction, labor safety.

Head of cutting department - Chief of cutting team
I/ Job Description: Managing cutting team.
Follow up the delivery of raw materials to serve production according to the production plan; report BTP errors, deploy color lighting for relevant departments; Receiving materials + working color, tracking NPL balance cutting table plan, tracking segment classification.
Receive production plan from Planning Department, receive pattern from production preparation - technical department, receive raw materials and accessories to warehouse.
Building and implementing the cutting plan for the slicing statistics.
Training personnel of the cutting department, must have a successor to ensure cutting quality, numbering service at the cutting workshop.
Deploying the cutting and sorting process for each product code, checking the quality of spreading, cutting, embroidering, numbering, distributing goods to the sewing line.
Combined with the Technical Department, the raw material warehouse to monitor raw materials synchronously, promptly handle situations that occur quickly and enthusiastically.
Directing the inspection of details that make it difficult for the sewing line to be fast and efficient (report).
Statistical management of cutting realizes savings.
Each finished product code has a mode of reporting excess and missing fabric (at the time of warehousing). Plan to cut the beginning.
Remind each department to do the right job, according to the instructions.
Check reminders of hygiene, occupational safety, internal regulations at all departments.
Maintain working according to 5S system and waste requirements in production.

Having management experience in garment manufacturing company such as jackets, tunics, down jackets ...
Able to manage and support workers.
Agile, know how to plan work, grasp the job well.
Careful, flexible in work.
Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience.
